Consistent toned crazing to both; Queen of Prussia has small chips and repairs to base and dress, small hole on back, small cracks underneath arms and folds of dress, slight rubbing to gilt and fading to glaze; General has rubbing to gilt, glaze variation under right arm, glaze flaking beneath tricorn hat.
