Likely New York or Philadelphia, circa 1820, mahogany veneer, white pine and poplar secondary, swivel hinged top with banded inlay and flame mahogany veneers, skirt with applied lower trim, baluster standard with relief carved acanthus leaves, four legs with acanthus carved knees on paw feet, with casters.
