Circa 1880s, stoneware with cobalt stenciled signature "WILLIAMS & REPPERT / GREENSBORO, PA." over a large cobalt brushed "4" capacity mark, of tall cylindrical form with inner rim and two lug handles, featuring cobalt accents and sine wave borders.
