1912, watercolor on ivory, signed and dated "C. P. Newell 1912" to lower right, depicting a beautiful unidentified blue-eyed child with blond curly hair and white gown, well-rendered on a sky ground, presented behind glass in a period gilt pendant case, interior case marked W & H within a heart reserve.
