Watercolor on ivory, the first a French School portrait of a seated young lady holding a spaniel, her pet bird perched nearby, signed "Regnier" to the lower right, presented in an ebonized wood frame with gilt oval bezel (frame 5 1/4 x 4 3/4 in.); the second of German beauty, Helene Kreszenz Sedlmayr (1813-1898), after the original circa 1830 portrait by Joseph Karl Stieler (1781-1858), bearing signature "Stieler" to right perimeter, presented within an enamel decorated gilt oval pendant frame (3 1/2 in.).
