Continental School Bronze Figural Group, Now As Table Lamp

Late 19th century, likely French, unsigned, the patinated bronze group depicting a woman and child resting among harvested sheafs of wheat, later mounted to an ebonized wood base with conforming wheat ornamentation, fitted with a single socket standard to the posterior, includes harp with ring finial.
