A.R. Cole Rainbow Pottery (NC, 1926-1941), Five Pottery Forms

Sanford, North Carolina, turned earthenware with yellow and multi-colored glazes, including a three handled low vase (4 1/2 in.) and a tall neck vase with ruffled rim (7 1/2 in.) both featuring variegated glaze; and (2) pinch bottle forms in chrome yellow glaze (9 in.) and variegated glaze (8 1/2 in.); all four with Rainbow Pottery stamp to underside. Together with an unsigned baluster form vase with applied strap handles attributed to A.R. Cole (1892-1974).
