Likely French or Italian, early 20th century, unmarked, featuring nine electrified, upswept branch arms terminating in a petal form drip terrace, adorned with cut crystal teardrop pendants, floral and cut crystal swag, issuing from a tripartite baluster cage centering a drop prism floral bouquet, with suspension chain and ceiling cap.
