Early 19th century, hand-painted tombstone face, the upper lunette depicting a courting couple in the countryside, above an unsigned 13-inch round dial with Arabic numeral chapters and two subsidiary dials, the corners illustrating the four seasons, operated by an eight day dual train movement striking on an apical bell, stamped "GH 20075" to the posterior; set within a mahogany case, oak secondary, hood with broken arch pediment mounted with brass eagle and spire finials, fully turned baluster columns, above a stepped rectangular case with octagonal line inlay, tripartite columnar stiles and applied carved moldings, bracket feet.

Later bracket foot and corresponding rear panel; scattered areas of veneer loss; upper moldings beneath hood with glued repairs; cracks to posterior panels and upper hood; without weights and pendulum; hands with some areas of bending; dial with areas of paint loss.
