Burlon Craig (Vale, NC, 1914-2002), Two Swirlware Pottery Vases

Lincoln County, baluster forms with sinewave decoration to the shoulder, tallest featuring an applied snake with distinctive white, blue, and olive gray tricolor swirl (9 in.); the other with two-toned white and olive swirl (8 in.); both stamped "B.B. CRAIG/VALE, N.C." to underside.

Good estate condition; glaze crazing to snake vase.
