Rowan County, circa 1820, yellow pine secondary, two part form, the upper case with an applied molded edge, upper faux double bonnet drawer to the right side, two stacked small drawers to the left side, above two long graduated drawers, all with applied cockbeading, the frame with applied molded top edge, distinctive arched molded skirt and sides with central drop pendant, cabriole legs terminating in trifid feet.

Small square cut and patch at the top center edge; replaced pulls; some visible plugged holes; several drawer runners rebuilt; later drawer guides; upper left and right interior corner trim board is later; the frame now attached to the case with nails; other small repairs; overall a good example for the form with original frame to case.
