Circa 1840, poplar secondary, two part form, upper recessed horizontal cabinet featuring three side by side raised beveled drawers, the case featuring a projecting upper two side by side drawer configuration again with raised drawers, over three graduated drawers, all cockbeaded, stiles with applied scrolls the lower portion with applied oval convex plaque to sides, paneled sides, bold front scroll feet, square tapered rear feet.
56.5 x 44.5 x 25 in.
Upper top cabinet rests on case but is original; appears to to missing molding to lower edge; some pulls later, one detached but present; stiles and feet with old dark surface likely original; with case wear; two small side plaques missing on the upper left scrolled stile.
