Attributed to Connecticut, circa 1760, two part form, poplar and white pine secondary with yellow pine top case boards, dovetailed upper case with applied molded cornice, two over three molded lipped graduated drawers, the base with applied waist molding, one long drawer over three side by side drawers, developed shaped skirt, tall cabriole legs with carved knee return and raised pad foot.
66.5 x 39 x 20 in., upper case width 34.5 in.
Later pulls; two areas of cut/patch at drawer lips and some chipping; one knee return missing and one knee return detached (but present); some later drawer guides.
