Cotton Ketchie is a North Carolina-based artist, photographer, and author known for his nostalgic depictions of rural and historic scenes across the state. He began painting in 1975 and later opened Landmark Galleries in Mooresville, where he continues to showcase his art. His works blend realism with a deep reverence for Southern heritage.

In addition to painting, Ketchie is a skilled photographer and has published several autobiographical and fictional books. His contributions to the arts and local culture have earned him honors such as the Long Leaf Pine Award. Ketchie’s work appears in collections across the U.S. and abroad.
