Vintage Guinness Lamp With Original Shade

England, circa 1950, attributed to Carlton Ware, base featuring Guinness toucan with light affixed to head, facing a pint of Guinness, on green base reading "How grand to be a Toucan Just think what Toucan do" and "If he can say as you can Guinness is good for you" to sides, mounted to conforming wood plinth, includes original painted paper shade depicting Guinness animals playing tug of war and barber pole pattern stitching to top and bottom.
