(two of the three emeralds are likely synthetic, one synthetic emerald with chip); and a floral motif brooch, set to the center with full cut round diamond melee, with scrolled surround set with round cut sapphire melee, completed with a single locking pin stem, stamped 14K and with a maker's mark (1 3/8 x 1 3/8 in.).
