Peter Graham Webber is a South African artist known for his abstract and mixed-media works. He studied at St Martins School of Art in London and the Toronto Art School in Canada, and later spent time living in Spain before returning to South Africa in the 1960s.

Webber's art often features abstract landscapes and geometric forms, incorporating materials such as oil, sand, and collage. He gained early recognition through major awards in the 1960s and has exhibited internationally, with works held in the South African National Gallery.
