Boards with mild wear to extremities, vol. II with slight separation from text block at head; one spine label with creasing and one with faint mark; a few marks to page edges; interiors lightly toned and extremely clean except for a couple of tiny spots of grime in vol. II; vol. II with some wear to endpapers and preliminaries including creasing, folds, and a couple of small tears, also lightly impacting first few leaves of the text; jackets with sunning, light edge wear, some rubbing and creasing at folds, and a few scuffs, vol. I with a couple of small areas of staining and a very small tear at the spine, and vol. II with a small loss at head of spine and a couple of longer tears with taped repairs to interior; jackets now in removable, protective mylar jackets; lacking original box. Overall a very good set.
