Bud Scheffel is an artist specializing in the construction of kinetic sculptures, mobiles, and stabiles. Now residing in South Florida, his career started in New York City in 1980 as a physics, math, and commercial art student. He traveled the world extensively living throughout Europe and Asia, where he was inspired by the architecture and the beauty of the natural world. Bud's body of work has been showcased in the Smithsonian Institution, Philadelphia Museum of Art, Chicago Botanical Gardens, among others and has been commissioned to create and install large scale industrial projects throughout the US.
