Michael Perry is a self-taught visual artist and chef based in Durham, North Carolina. Born in Los Angeles, Perry was influenced by his upbringing in the American Southwest, where he was immersed in the rich traditions of Navajo and Hopi cultures.

Perry's work is characterized by a fusion of pointillism and hard-edge abstraction. His works are guided by natural science, and reflect on the interplay between nature, spirituality, and artistic expression.
