Lino Dinetto is an Italian painter, muralist, and sculptor who trained in Venice and Milan under artists like Mario Sironi and Carlo Carrà. In the 1950s, he moved to Uruguay, where he taught at the Instituto de Bellas Artes in Montevideo and gained recognition with national awards and international exhibitions, including a solo show at the Museu de Arte Moderna in São Paulo.Returning to Italy in 1960, Dinetto produced murals and stained glass works across Europe. He began painting in an abstract style later in his career.
