The heart shaped pendant pavé set with full cut round and single cut diamonds, suspended from a heart station cable chain necklace, each station set with a full cut round diamond to each side, completed with a lobster clasp, stamped with Italian registry number 319 AL and 750 / Italy. The total diamond weight approximately 1.75 carats (H-I color, SI1-SI2 clarity).
