From a Private Virginia Collection Rubbing and light soiling to cloth, wear to corners, chipping to spine ends, and front joint splitting from tail; light soling and marks to endpapers; gutter and front hinge cracking/wear with backstrip separating from text block and a few leaves slightly loose; ownership inscription; interior with toning, scattered foxing, a few edge chips to brittle paper, and occasional light creasing, small stains, and grime; appears to be missing a rear leaf (publisher's ads?). While a little fragile, still a good copy of this second novel about Alice.
