Bill Hickman is a self-taught artist based in Raleigh, North Carolina. He first learned to weld in high school and has been making welded steel masks and animal figures for over thirty years. He is a member of Artspace, American Craft Council, Piedmont Craftsmen and the Carolina Designer Craftsmen.

Good estate condition; a few minor surface abrasions to the posterior from hanging display.
