France, early 20th century, two light form ormolu candelabra with wrapping leaves and painted porcelain flowers to stems and leaf form bobeches, now electrified with faux candles, all to surround a Samson porcelain spread winged parrot, with blue underglaze strikethrough crossed swords mark to base and "France" to underside, fitted to a pierced rocaille scrollwork base, includes two pleated shades.

From a Prominent Collector, Aiken, South Carolina Not tested; parrot is no longer adhered to ormolu base; minute areas of glaze loss to tips of parrot wings; scattered small chips and breaks and repairs to several porcelain flowers; loss of a few porcelain flowers; overall gilt rubbing, mainly to candelabra.
