Centered on a Saint-Gaudens double eagle coin dated 1927, the coin bezel set with round cut sapphires and full cut round diamond melee, with further gold surround, completed with a round cut sapphire bail and suspended from a rope chain completed with lobster clasp, chain stamped 14K / Ma / Peru, coin bezel testing 14K, coin XRF testing 22KT. The total sapphire weight is approximately 4.25 total carats.
