Charlie moved back to Greensboro, North Carolina in 1999 to teach ceramics at his alma mater Guilford College. What he thought would be a semester long appointment has turned into 2 decades. Over the last 20 years Charlie has grown his business and family. Along with his wife Danielle, he has 3 wonderful kids.

Charlie describes his process for making his unique pottery forms: "Through the meticulous process of hand painting, I strive to capture the essence of these creatures and bring them to life on each unique pottery piece, inviting viewers to connect with nature's whispers and find solace in the harmony between art and functionality."
