North Carolina, the first a round basket by Faye Junaluska, woven in white oak, walnut and bloodroot, inscribed on the underside (3 1/2 x 13 3/4 x 13 3/4 in.); the second a miniature Wild Potato Clan or "Anigodagewi" mask hand-carved from buckeye wood, signed "D. Welch / Cherokee" to the reverse (3 in.). Both retaining Qualla Art & Crafts tags.
