Late 20th century, porcelain vases to include a tapered ovoid in a blush pink glaze, inscribed "Louise Reding" to underside; a tapered ovoid form vase with ochre base and light blue crystal, inscribed "Oakley" to underside; and an ovoid form vase with cream base and periwinkle crystal, signed "Oakley" to underside.

Sid Oakley was a native of Granville County, North Carolina. In 1968 he and his wife, Pat, founded Cedar Creek Pottery and Gallery in his home county. Named a North Carolina Living Treasure in 1989, Oakley mentored and championed hundreds, if not thousands, of contemporary artists and craftspeople. He was particularly known for his glazing techniques and his work is in the permanent collections of many major museums.
