England, early 20th century, barrel with bas-relief hunting scene with horses, masters, and hounds, impressed "WEDGEWOOD / MADE IN ENGLAND" to the underside, mounted with silver-plated trim, handle, and lid, struck with mark of Daniel & Arter of Birmingham, pattern 8440.

With lowered handle 6 3/4 x 5 1/2 in.
