19th century, French or English, architectural gesso and giltwood frame, featuring a beaded cornice supported by acanthus corbels, flanking an eglomise panel with mint and gilt diapered ground, centering an oval medallion festooned with quiver, torch, and doves between two urns, unmarked, over a rectangular mirror bordered by fluted half columns.

From the Estate of the late Peggy Augustus, Old Keswick, Virginia Scattered gilt rubbing and loss, some carving losses and molding losses; upper right corner of frame with crack and repair; some scattered egglonise losses to the perimeter; lower mirror is later with light silver degradation.
