England, mid-late 19th century, hand-painted pearlware figure in the round, now fitted as a two-light form table lamp with conforming ebonized wood base, includes silk shade with thread trim and brass finial, unmarked.

Working at time of evaluation; break and repair to whippet's left ear, hairline to front right paw, a few small areas of paint loss, figure not secured to wood base; base with losses to posterior and light scuffs; shade no longer lined and with light staining.
