Sculptural Trophy Table Lamp for "Little Sailor," after a model by Marilyn Newmark (American, 1928-2013)

Featuring a painted plaster sculpture of horse's portrait bust after Marilyn's model Look of Eagles, mounted to black laminate plinth with title plaque, with an award plaque reading "$250 LADIES / WORKING HUNTER STAKE / WON BY /LITTLE SAILOR," and the event plaque reading "PENNSYLVANIA NATIONAL / 1959 / IN HONOR OF / PAUL BROWN," wired as a single-socket table lamp, includes newer silk shade with brass finial.
