Very Rare Western Electric Scissor Wall Phone

The brass candlestick is stamped PATENTED IN USA / JANUARY 26, 1915 and is fitted with a Bakelite mouthpiece and conforming earpiece; behind is the folding scissors extension for use by railroad dispatchers, which is marked WESTERN ELECTRIC. MADE IN U.S.A. The whole is mounted to a wooden board.
