The platinum hoop bead set with full cut round diamonds, suspending a full cut round and princess cut diamond set platinum element, and further suspending a round gray Tahitian cultured pearl (11.44 x 11.27mm; 11.44mm) with platinum and full cut round diamond set floral cap, completed with post and hinged back, stamped with a maker's mark and PT950 / D 1.99 P 21.05. The total diamond weight is 1.99 carats (actual) (E-F color, VS2-SI1 clarity).

With GIA report stating saltwater bead cultured pearls from Pinctada margaritifera mollusk, and commenting that these pearls are often referred to as "Tahitian" cultured pearls in the trade, and they have been processed.
