British, circa 1800, lead glazed creamware with Americana commemorative transfer and neoclassical style gilt decoration, inscribed “Teoder Ham” in gilt beneath the spout, obverse featuring a portrait of George Washington with Fifteen States, the reverse with “The Farmers Arms”; further research is needed to determine who "Teoder (Theodore) Ham" might be and whether it was a custom commissioned work for this individual.

Small chip to spout; tight 1.5 inch hairline to the upper rim; scattered rubbing to the gilt; age toning to the handle.
