British, circa 1800, lead glazed creamware with black transfer print, the obverse scene after a print by John James Barralet (Irish, circa 1747-1815), featuring Washington raised from his tomb by winged figures of Immortality and Father Time, flanked by various allegorical figures within an oval vignette with seven putti surround, the reverse depicting fifteen state banner centering stars with laurel swag surrounding Joseph Addison's poetic verse, with eagle Arms of the United States beneath the spout.
