Staffordshire Glazed Redware Pecten Shell and Foo Lion Teapot

British, mid-18th century, slip cast and glazed Astbury type, with pecten shell and floral scrollwork designs to both sides, scaled handle, and bamboo form spout, reeded cover with recumbent foo dog finial, over a slightly domed oval foot, retaining London based dealer label of Jonathan Horne to the underside, otherwise unmarked.
