Late 19th century, carved and molded giltwood and gesso, a beveled beaded frame with rounded corners surmounted by shell motif and openwork plasterwork floral and foliate pediment, unmarked.

Looseness, breaks with associated losses to left side of openwork pediment; scattered areas of cracking, breaks and repairs, later gilt; mirror with cracks to silver; original backing visible with scattered insect damage; later backing.
