Late 20th century, single socket form lamp, painted and gilt wood base in the form of faux stacked leather bound books atop square stepped plinth, includes tooled leather shade with oil spot patterned lining to interior and brass ball finial, labeled to underside "MAITLAND SMITH / HAND MADE / IN PHILIPPINES."
