Private Collection, North Carolina Henryk M. Fantazos is a Polish-born painter and copper engraver whose work combines elements of magic realism, metaphor, and poetic commentary. Trained at the Lyceum of Fine Arts in Katowice and the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków, he immigrated to the United States in 1975 and established his studio in North Carolina. Fantazos has exhibited widely in Europe and America, and his paintings and engravings are held in public and private collections.
