(3) hinged engraved brass and copper boxes in oblong form to include: a box with a depiction of Prince William IV (r. 1711-1751) to one side and Princess Anne (r. 1734-1751) to verso with inscriptions, dated 1747; a box with inscriptions and illustrations regarding the Netherlands' relationship with England and France, dated 1651; and a box with biblical scenes and inscriptions, not dated, likely mid-18th century. Included in this lot is a 20th century trinket box with sloped interior, etched initials "MCS" to lid, stamped "EJC / 25" to underside of lid.
