A Large and Well-Presented North Carolina Megalodon Tooth

Dark gray root supporting light gray enamel flecked with orange throughout; displayed on a custom fossilized bone stand. Found off the coast of North Carolina in summer 2025.

Tooth 5 5/16 x 3 3/4 in.; approximately 4 3/4 x 9 1/8 in. on stand

A tooth with a nearly symmetrical form; retaining much of the enamel and its gloss; typical edge chipping including a small chip to the tip and several small chips to the root.
