Likely French, late 19th century, unsigned, the larger a with dual hinge-lidded reservoirs with removable glass inserts, set within a serpentine pierced bronze terrace with lion mask and griffin backplate (6 x 12 x 9 1/2 in.); the second with hand-painted and gilt porcelain cistern featuring an obverse reservoir and reticulated hinged lid, set atop a rocaille form shell and acanthus stand (6 1/2 x 7 x 6 1/2 in.)
