Caswell County, North Carolina, circa 1840, balloon shaped back with relief carved crest rail, maroon velvet upholstery, slip spring cushion, shaped arms with distinct scroll and stylized tulip arm panels, relief carved seat rail, shaped legs, rocker rails with S-shaped ends.
