New edition, revised and re-edited with engravings on steel; all half red calf over red cloth-covered boards, spines with gilt lettering and sporting decorations within compartments, with gilt top edge and marbled endpapers; 8vo; to include: The Post and the Paddock (367pp.), Silk and Scarlet (369pp.), Scott and Sebright (418pp.), Saddle and Sirloin (471pp.), and The Life and Times of "The Druid" by Hon. Francis Lawley (336pp.).

Sturdy and handsome boards with occasional light soiling and staining, and rubbing to extremities; one with slightly heavier wear to head of spine; interiors with occasional staining, infrequent foxing and finger grime, and mostly light age toning; the loss of a couple of tissue guards; pages overall extremely clean. A very good set.
