Full red morocco, spines with raised bands and gilt lettering and sporting decorations within compartments, with gilt top edge and marbled endpapers; gilt-stamped "BOUND BY ZAEHNSDORF" on front turn-in. 8vo; 388pp.; with rear fold-out. Book rebound with 1920s typed material and Thomas & Sons hunting outfitters catalogue inserted at the end; binder's receipt pasted to rear free endpaper. (Light age wear to boards, rubbing to extremities, and mild chipping to head of spine; interior with light toning, small corner damp stain to frontispiece leaf, occasional spot of foxing, an area of minor gutter wear, and light grime/staining to page edges. A clean and very good copy.)

(General age and handling wear to boards; some rubbing to edges, corners, joints, and spines with occasional fairly heavy wear to ends; interior with occasional hinge cracking, toning, grime/soiling, minor wear to page edges, and light scattered foxing; one with cracking to frontispiece; one with ownership inscription; occasional additional light wear from handling but overall clean and sturdy volumes.)
