Circa 1925, manner of Chicago Mosaic, unsigned, octagonal paneled form with pink blossoms on a mottled green to blue field, separated by tapering corner registers, patinated bronze or brass orb and hook hanger.

Several glass panels with cracks, some with glued repair; areas of loss to came and interior chain trim, with some soldered repairs; without lighting fixture.
