Mid-20th century, likely Hickory Chair Company (label removed when reupholstered), dark brown leather upholstery with brass tack trim, tufted back, loose seat cushion, tapered wood legs, with conforming ottoman.

Later upholstery; cushion and ottoman with some creases from use; ottoman with some surface scratches from use.
