Late 20th century, painted wood, black field, gilt highlight with painted oval back panel depicting the historic Charleston "Rainbow Row" of pastel colored houses, upholstered slip seat, with "Made in Philippines" foil label to underside.

Overall good usable condition; the fretwork back splat with some hairline cracks; rear left leg with repair near seat rail.
